1-Day workshop with Artemis Valsamaki

Duration: 5 hours

A one-day workshop dedicated to embossing on paper, during which, we will have the chance to impress our metals on paper and follow their track through a particularly expressive way.

Guided by the basic knowledge on metals, we will design and construct metal shapes that will serve as the moulds we will print on our papers. We will create engravings on paper with or without colour, apply various printing techniques – monotypes in order to come up with collections of unique patterns on paper, by using simple materials and mainly our hands.
