In this seminar, we will be dealing with a “demanding” and “rewarding” metal, the alloys of which are being used,
among other things, in aeronautics and medicine. It is considered demanding due to its hard texture and the difficulty it presents in soldering;
while it owes its rewarding character to its colour, its low specific gravity and its resistant plates.
Our metal will come in the form of wires and sheets that we will hammer, cut, link and shape (even with the repoussé technique) in order to eventually colour them over fire.
Basic knowledge on silversmithing is a prerequisite.
Materials are provided by the seminar organizer.

Schedule: Friday 18:00 – 21:00, Saturday & Sunday 11:00-17:00
